The Application and Working Principle of LED Headlights

1. The overview and application of mine led headlamps:

(1) Mine Led headlamps are the special lighting for coal mine workerswearing. This mine type lamp use with iron phosphate lithium-ionbattery pack for power, installing dual LED light source lamp; theoverall structure of led headlamps is delicate, light weight,maintenance-free batteries.

(2), the use environmental conditions of mine Led headlamps : ambient temperature 0 ℃ ~ 40 ℃.

GB 7957-2003 "General requirements for safety miner's lamp"

MT92T-2004 "KL-type miner's lamp"

Q/JY076-2007 “KL2LM (A) type miner’s lamp”

2. The structure and working principle of mine led headlamps:

(1), the mine led headlamps are portable, consisting of LED doublelight source, lithium-ion batteries. The LED headlamps can be fixed inthe mining helmet.

(2), inside of the led headlamps, there is a LED0.15A main light and six LED auxiliary light. The switch is electronictouch button, whose main and auxiliary light source alternately lit.

(3), the led headlamps are designed with the hat hook device, and can be directly linked to the mining helmet.

(4), the led headlamps are designed with the charging devices, andcharging rack or special electrical infrastructure. Set 3PTC and overcharge, over discharge protection device between the batteries pack,safe and reliable.
